Provide project leadership, management and technical direction.

Ensure project assistance is technically sound and appropriate.

Manage and supervise the work of project personnel and subrecipients.

Relevant advance degree required.

Minimum 7 years of professional experience in and knowledge of relevant technical areas.

Knowledge of relevant Nigerian policies, laws, institutions, and management issues.

Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional written and oral language skills
