Qualifications

We seek associates with experience in the Investment Management industry, including experience in the Investment Company Act (’40 Act). The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and writing skills. 

We are also looking for associates with 6+ years of experience working with mutual funds in a law firm, in-house or at a fund administrator or similar. The ideal candidate will have: extensive knowledge of mutual fund regulatory filings, including Form N-1A, proxy statements, N-CSR and related; demonstrated ability to lead a group of paralegals and junior and mid-level associates in the large scale production of mutual fund registration statements, and other required fund filings; strong analytical ability; excellent communication and writing skills required.
