We are currently seeking an associate with 3-6 years of experience in public offerings and public company counseling to join a Boston law firm.  The Ideal candidates will have substantive experience with (i) all aspects of equity capital markets financings including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, shelf take-downs, PIPE transactions, Rule 144A offerings, convertible debt and high-yield debt, (ii) advising clients on ’33 and ’34 Act compliance and corporate governance matters and (iii) representing publicly traded companies in M&A transactions.
