We are seeking a tax associate with 3 to 5 years of substantive tax experience acquired in a law firm setting.  Ideal candidates should have a strong general transactional tax background which includes (but is not limited to) corporate and partnership M&A transactions and real estate transactions.  Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required.
