Job Description:

We are currently seeking an IP Pharmaceutical Litigation Associate with three to five years of experience for a Chicago office law firm. The ideal candidate will have significant Hatch-Waxman litigation experience.  Candidates without significant litigation experience but with experience preparing paragraph IV notice letters or clearance opinions for patents covering pharmaceuticals and assisting with litigation efforts are also encouraged to apply.  Candidate must be admitted to or willing to sit for the Illinois bar.
