Job Description

We are on the search for a Program Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Co-Founders, you will be responsible for a broad range of activities including strategies, analytics and communications initiatives to help ensure the objectives of the Company are met. While the role is highly operational in nature, this individual will also serve as a thought partner to the leadership team, contributing to the development of initiatives and programs as much as ensuring the execution of programs and initiatives is complete. This person will possess outstanding thought leadership, strategic thinking, prioritization, project management, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Tracks and manages the program roadmaps/schedules for upstream and downstream dependencies
  • Ensures work streams and team members are accountable for adhering to program standards, deliverables, timelines, program changes and ad-hoc requests
  • Manages programs and multiple concurrent projects which are not necessarily related or interdependent.
  • Provides leadership to project managers, fosters a positive team environment, and provides direction in ambiguous situations
  • Manages/builds relationships with team members, project managers, stakeholders using effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Utilizes negotiation skills to influence and creatively achieve successful outcomes around scope, schedule, budget, issues/risks, and resources for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively exercises initiative in identifying, tracking, and removing impediments to program success
  • Approaches risk identification and mitigation, accordingly, including establishing contingency plans and initiating corrective action
  • Understands how individual projects affect the program and exercises judgment in raising issues and risks to the program level
  • Arbitrates and resolves conflicts within the program when necessary. Understands appropriate paths and methods for escalation
  • Manages the program’s budget
  • Assembles and provides updates to multiple stakeholder groups on key initiatives
  • Provides a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests
  • Participates in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to our business

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years' experience in project management, quality management, operations, management consulting
  • Solid knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management
  • Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
  • The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • PMP preferred and a strong grasp of project management principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet, database, graphics, and other relevant software
  • Proficiency with Jira, SharePoint, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, and Project Management software (e.g. Monday.com, Smarsheets, MS Project, ServiceNow PPM, etc.)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, multi-tasking environment 
  • Proven ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels

Additional Information

  • Level All does not provide work authorization and/or visa sponsorship
  • Compensation range: $100,000 - $140,000 / year. This represents the expected compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining an offer, we will consider location, skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors
