Job Description

The Role

We are on the search for a Sales Manager to join our growing team. The Sales Manager will lead the sales and supporting operations required to implement the company’s sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and accomplish financial objectives. They will work closely on our existing products and new initiatives, have the opportunity to help shape our product and direction, and see their work have a real-world impact. 

This is a full-time position working a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

  • Manage the sales process as we rollout Level All to every high school in America
  • Coordinate business development growth and success (relationship) management teams for all Level All high schools
  • Be data-driven, accountable, and drive the team's momentum to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual school targets
  • Oversee the efficient and effective execution of Level All’s client acquisition process/business development by documenting and coordinating the efforts of the sales representatives
  • Coordinate success (relationship) management teams’ cadence and effectiveness including onboarding and ongoing interaction
  • Constantly evaluate sales progress and act proactively to strategize, pivot, and drive registrations
  • Partner with functional leaders to improve processes and results through cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving
  • Other projects, as assigned

Qualifications

  • 5 - 8 years of experience acquiring new clients using a consultative, multi-tiered sales approach
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve business goals, OKR’s, and revenue targets
  • Strong solution sales experience and negotiation skills 
  • High level of interpersonal and emotional intelligence, including the ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver under pressure
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with others 
  • Goal-oriented, action-oriented, and results-oriented
  • Resourceful, curious, eager to learn, and extremely organized
  • Experience with Salesforce as a CRM, forecasting, reporting and pipeline management tool
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Additional Information

  • Level All does not provide work authorization and/or visa sponsorship
  • Compensation range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year. This represents the expected compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, we will consider location, skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors in determining our offer
