法国乐斯福集团广西来宾工厂包括广西丹宝利酵母有限公司和广西一品鲜生物科技有限公司，位于广西来宾市河西工业园区内，距离来宾市区有半个小时车程。它们是由法国乐斯福集团和东糖集团于2006年共同投资成立并于2009年底正式投产，是自治区人民政府和来宾市重点建设项目。 主要经营范围有：生产、加工和销售酵母及酵母提取物系列产品。酵母产品主要用于面包、馒头、饼干的发酵和酒精、白酒及食醋的酿造工艺；一品鲜酵母抽提物主要用于酱油、鸡精和方便面调料的配制等。 目前来宾工厂已完成第五期扩建，拥有员工约450人，年产高活性酵母约4.8万吨、生物肥约5万吨、酵母抽提物约1.2万吨。我们的目标是把来宾工厂建立成为乐斯福集团在中国的标杆工厂。

• Ensures the planning and organization of experiments of all projects ongoing in the LAB. Oversee the preparation and realization of the experiments following the Good Laboratory Practices, and ensure data recording and analysis are rigorous and statistically sound.

• Be Responsible for cleaning, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of the LAB equipment. Ensures the Installation Qualification, the Operation Qualification, the Performance Qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ) of all the LAB equipment and manage service interventions by external vendors

• Be responsible for the Procelys strain collection. Propose the acquisition of new public strains of interest and maintain regular communication with the Lesaffre team to share updates on the collection.

• Oversee the redaction, review and implementation of standard operation procedures (SOP) of all equipment, methods and techniques of the LAB. Propose new SOP and maintain an updated SOP database.

   • Manage procurement of consumables, raw materials, and spare parts. Prepare the annual budget for consumables and new Equipment

    • Supervise, manage, and train laboratory staff. Communicate the information in a clear manner and help the team with technical improvement and career development.

    • Keep up to date with relevant scientific and technical developments and serve as the global Procelys team's industry expert for food and feed market segments.

    • Ensure the connection between the different departments of Procelys, BS and Lesaffre teams. Keep constant communication with R&D, production, quality, business, supply chain, technical assistance, or any other relevant department to grant good communication between the organization.

    • Actively participate in the technical exchanges with Customers. Lead the technical assistance and application projects with Customers, ensuring timely delivery and demonstrable value to customers.

    • Establish partnerships and collaborations with academic and industry scientific leaders to build a virtual scientific network for Procelys in China and the APAC region.

  • Represent Procelys at regional and international scientific conferences and present scientific topics as needed to ensure the scientific recognition of the BU in Biotechnology.

• PhD or master's degree in microbiology, Fermentation Science, Biochemical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of laboratory experience in R&D or application development in industrial biotechnology/fermentation, preferably from the bio-ingredients field (hyaluronic acid, amino acids, enzymes, biopharma, dairy cultures, probiotics, etc.)
• Proven team management skills and time management ability.
• Be able to build strong relationship with different internal departments, external scientific community and Customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
•  Be curious, creative, and eager to learn and investigate new things.
•  English: Intermediate written and verbal comprehension and communication (CET 4).
