Job Description
As a Process Engineer in our team, you will play a key role in coordinating, optimizing, and monitoring performance across all workshops, with a strong focus on safety, quality, product integrity, productivity, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.

🚀 Your Mission
Operation excellence
- Support for Operation Excellence for all workshops but initially focused on Coproducts workshop (costs, equipment efficiency (OEE), quality, safety, new products development…)
Continuous improvement
- Follow up of different action plans (continuous improvement, automatism, quality improvement, OEE improvement…) and proposition/initiative for new ideas.
- Propose and follow all the trials directly in the workshop and generate the adequate reports for results analysis.
Project management
- Support for design, PID revision, as built installation and start up of new equipment linked to new projects.
- Participate in different phases of the project: validation of the specifications, validation of the choice with the workshop and production manager, participation in the deployment of the chosen solution.
Production management
- Support to workshop managers for production follow up in SAP but initially focused on Coproducts workshop (production, ingredients consumption, inventories…).
- Monitoring continuously (on a daily basis) the various performance indicators.
- Identify production malfunctions and unforeseen events and provides solutions to the main players involved: workshop managers, production manager/submanager.
Data analysis
- Filling and analysis of different database for process improvement.
Budget management
- Identifies the main levers of action to optimize production: production capacity, quality…
- Suggest investments that will allow short-, medium- or long-term improvement of production performance.
Qualifications
👀 Who we’re looking for :
- Master’s degree (or above) in Biotechnology, Environment, Food industries, Agri-food Engineering
- 2 years with industrial experience: basic knowledge in the different processes of the factory (fermentation, drying, packaging, fluids, wastewater treatment, filtration, evaporation)
Technical skills:
- Data analysis
- Knowledge of SAP and Aveva PI is a plus
- Fluent in English.
- Basic Spanish strongly recommended
