• Fully executive OTD process, manage the special requests of order, coordinate with RDC and transport suppliers to ensure LSPs can meet customer requirements in a timely and accurate manner.

• Review on-going orders and calibrate information in OMS, product and customer master information system maintenance and setting.

• Closely follow up in-transit orders to ensure all orders are delivered to customers on time, timely coordinate with LSPs to resolve problems for emergency cases and avoid customer complaints.
• 跟踪订单的发运以及在途情况，确保所有订单均准时准确抵达客户处。处理订单在途的异常情况，及时与物流服务提供商沟通，解决紧急情况下的问题，避免客户投诉。
• Secure cold chain logistics service quality to algin with SOP, including logistics complaint management, KPI assessment of warehouse and transportation vendors, and guides LSPs to obtain corresponding rectification and optimization.
• 保障冷链整体物流服务质量并和SOP保持一致，包括物流投诉管理，仓库及运输服务商的KPI考核评估，并指导物流供应商采取相应的整改和优化措施。
• Lead logistics problem investigation for any customer claims and issue CAPA in CRM, observe and verify the effectiveness of the corrective measures.
• 在CRM客户投诉管理系统中，负责调查物流问题并制定纠正预防措施。
• Supervise RDC inbound/outbound/storage activity and inventory level vs. capacity.
• 对RDC的出入库以及存储、库存水平和库容进行监管。
• Monthly billing checking, to ensure that the charges match with the SLA accurately。
• 账单核对，每月按时与供应商进行上月运费账单的核对，确保账单的准确性。
• Analyze cold chain logistics cost monthly, optimize milk-run routes under cost control notion to achieve higher loading rate and always drive more logistics cost saving.
• 冷链业务物流成本分析，在成本控制的框架下优化常规运输路线，以提高装载率，并持续实现更多的物流成本节约。
• Develop logistics digitalization, upgrade TMS Project, promote and provide other innovative solutions.  
• 拓展物流数字化管理工具与方式，优化升级TMS项目，积极推动其他物流项目，提供物流创新方案。
• Data analysis support, build logistics data center, optimize logistics data management model and develop dashboard.
• 提供数据分析支持，建立物流数据管理中心,优化物流数据管理模型，搭建物流dashboard。
• Complete other tasks assigned by line manager.
• 完成直线经理安排的其他工作。

• Bachelor’s degree in logistic or relevant major.
• 相关专业本科学历。
• At least 5 years practical experience of transport operation management or RDC management.
• 至少有5年物流工作经历或者RDC运作经验。
• Familiar with ERP system, WMS/TMS/OMS/CRM logic.
• 熟知ERP系统，了解WMS/TMS/OMS/CRM逻辑。
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• 较强的数据分析能力，熟练操作EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT等常用办公软件。
• Cold-chain experience is preferred; liquid product experience is a plus.
• 有冷链运作相关经验优先，液体产品运作经验者更佳。
• Relevant experience in project management is preferred.
• 有项目管理相关经验优先。
• Good communication skills with internal department, result oriented, customer orientated, can work under pressure.
• 良好的沟通技能,以结果为导向，客户为导向，较强的抗压能力。
• Good reading and writing skills in English.
• 良好的英语读写能力。
