Job Description

Data Analysis :

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the supply chain, such as inventory levels, demand forecasts, supplier performance, and logistics metrics.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement within the supply chain.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics to provide insights to stakeholders.

Process Optimization :

  •  Evaluate current supply chain processes and identify areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, such as inventory management, transportation, and supplier management.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborating with teams like procurement and IT to implement solutions, using ERP tools to optimize material flow and reduce risks.

Demand Forecasting :

      1.  
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasting models to predict future product demand
  • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to improve forecast accuracy

Project Participation :

  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to supply chain initiatives, such as system implementations, process re-engineering, or new product launches.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Provide analytical support and data-driven insights to project teams

Inventory Management :

  • Analyze inventory levels and identify opportunities to optimize inventory investment
  • Develop strategies to maintain appropriate stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and reduce the risk of stockouts.
  • Provide recommendations on inventory policies, safety stock levels, and replenishment strategies.

     Reporting and Communication :

  • Prepare and present reports, presentations, and dashboards to management and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various departments, such as operations, finance, and sales, to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Provide recommendations and insights to support strategic decision-making 

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor degree,  Supply Chain / Business Administration / Management / Engineering or related
  • Experiences 3 years at Supply Chain and planning
  • Operation experience, or related function
  • Self-initiative, Problem solver, and result driven
  • Interpersonal skills and well communicate with internal dan external
  • Well communication skill
  • Experience software Excel (minimal Intermediate) and ERP
  • Have certification for Certified Supply Chain Analysis (CSCA) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or related certification with Supply Chain
