Job Description
Reporting to the Upcountry Sales Manager, your mission is to drive sales growth and market share within your territory. You will identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets within the assigned territory.
- Prospect for and acquire new customers by identifying and pursuing potential leads.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Effectively present and demonstrate the company's products and services to customers.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals that are beneficial for the organization.
- Provide timely and accurate customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports, highlighting performance, challenges, and recommendations.
- Comply with the company's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Follow up on payment collection and manage overdue accounts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Sales, Business Administration, or a related field

Hard Skills
- Fluent in Amharic, English and Afaan Oromo
- Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Strong understanding of Shashemene area regarding market dynamics and customer needs
- Expertise in sales techniques, negotiation, and account management
- Familiarity with market research, competitive analysis, and trend identification
- Proficient in using sales automation and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
