Job Description

The position is for a Process Engineer at the Gweru-based yeast factory in Zimbabwe. The VIE’s role is to bridge the technical management between Lesaffre MEA region and Lesaffre Zimbabwe, focusing on process-related tasks while also supporting areas such as lean, quality, and safety. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth communication between parties, overseeing and executing work plans, while  providing technical support.
The distance, unreliable internet connection, and limited technical expertise in Zimbabwe's staff , requires a skilled on-site individual to accelerate the factory's operational improvements.
