Data Integration, Analysis, and Visualization
- Data Consolidation: Integrate, maintain and synthesize data from multiple sources to form a comprehensive database.
- Analytical Expertise: Apply advanced analytical techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategy.
- Reporting and Visualization: Make compelling reports and visualizations that clearly articulate insights and drive strategic discussions.
- Insight Translation and Communication: Specialize in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights, effectively conveying these to management and key departments to streamline the decision-making process.
- Activities Effectiveness: Work closely with BD to measure the effectiveness of market and sales activities, ensuring strategic initiatives deliver tangible results.
Sales Performance Management
- Sales KPI Framework: Support and recommend sales team KPI framework that aligns with sales objectives and growth targets.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate sales performance against KPIs, providing regular feedback and improvement suggestions.
- Budget Allocation: Allocate sales team budget to maximize the potential and operational efficiency.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Data Support
- Custom Data Solutions: Collaborate with various departments to provide tailored data support that meets their specific needs.
- Training and Education: Conduct training sessions to enhance data literacy and empower departments with self-service data tools. Share data knowledge and best practices.
- Data Accessibility: Implement processes that make data readily accessible and understood, enabling stakeholders to make timely and effective decisions.
Project Management
- Support in cross-department projects, ensuring seamless coordination, strategic alignment, and successful execution.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree and above major in business, economics or related
- At least 3 years working experience in similar position
- Excel and PowerPoint expertise is essential
- Knowledge in BI tools like Power BI and programming skills are advantageous
- Good spoken and written English
- Business acumen, teamwork spirit and positive for action
- Strong communication, coordination and learning skills
- Strong logical reasoning skills are essential for structured problem-solving and analytical tasks
- High sense of responsibility, strong engagement, and work ownership
