We are looking for "SAP Change Lead" to be located in Galleria, Lesaffre Egypt Headquarter. This role will be responsible from ensuring that the financial controller process works correctly.

Job Description

GENERAL MISSION:

  • Establishes and implements change management tools and methodologies.
  • Ensures that project vision & targets are clear and formalized.
  • Ensures a good understanding of the main changes within the project perimeter.
  • Anticipates the unexpected effects of the project on the organization.
  • Brings to the project all the aspects to be considered that are not directly linked to the operational aspects of the project (communication, training, commitment…).
  • Works in close collaboration with HR and Communication experts.
  • If necessary, give to PS and PM an overview of program priorities and risks. 

ACTIVITIES:

  • Provide operational support and documentation to PS and PM when necessary.
  • Challenges stakeholders to formalize “as is” and “to be” situations.
  • Prepares and implements the impact assessment approach.
  • Provides for the project a communication plan & a change management plan.
  • Provides to PS and PL a communication plan.
  • Follow up updates the change action plan and the communication plan.

Qualifications

Necessary Qualifications for an SAP Change Lead:

 

  • Knows the 4 key processes of an ERP (Procure To Pay, Forecast To Deliver, Order To Cash, Finance & Controlling).
  • Conduct an impact assessment process.
  • Adapts the methodology with the project context.
  • Challenges each counterpart to promote commitment around the project.
  • Ensures that the project complies fully with the local social obligations.
  • Ensures an adapted communication plan on the project within the perimeter.
  • Constructive attitude regarding issues faced by the project.
  • Ability to "move the lines" without "doing the work of..."
  • Peaceful attitude to face conflict situations inside the company.
  • Openness and Rigorous.
  • Synthetic and Analytic.
