PHILEO is hiring a Swine specialist with an expertise in marketing to develop and to support the implementation of the worldwide strategy related to the Swine market, via close collaboration with the Global Swine Manager, the regional commercial teams and communication department.
· Analyse market data, competitive landscape, product benchmark
· Define marketing plan and manage the portfolio according to the strategy yearly plan
· Manage the launches of new products and programs
· Develop and deploy the marketing tools to promote solutions & programs
· Support the regions to deploy the marketing campaigns and adapt to local markets
· Coordinate global marketing activities and support communication activities.
Agriculture Engineer, Veterinarian or equivalent, ideally with a marketing specialty, you have acquired at least 5 years of experience in a B2B marketing function in in the swine nutrition & health industry with a focus on probiotics &/or feed additives at an international level.
Fluent English to write marketing materials and communicate with your international contacts on a daily basis; any other language is a plus (French, Spanish).
This role requires excellent communication skills, diplomacy, organization, and rigor mindset to complete projects on time. Listening to internal customers, responsive, adaptable and pragmatic are key to be successful.
