Job Description

The Commercial Assistant is responsible for handling customer requests (outside order processing) and for providing commercial support to Procelys China team.


Be the Commercial Assistant for Procelys China


Understand customer needs, commercial background and competitive environment for the region.

Support the Business Director in extracting sales data, preparing regular and reliable reports and performance indicators.

Be responsible for the BU agenda of the Procelys China

Help with trip arrangement/meetings/conferences/seminars/exhibition organization

Manage brochures, business cards, goodies

Perform other administrative duties that may be assigned

Support the Business Director in daily tasks


Be the Front Desk for Procelys China


Respond to customer calls ad mails and channel to the appropriate team member

Ensure smooth response to customer requests (commercial and quality documentations, audit requests, sample requests, questionnaires, and customer inquiries)

Build strong customer relationships by focusing on customer's wants and needs

Monitor payment collection with the sales team

Keep the original contract documentation and record the price proposal to customers

Ensure stakeholders maintaining accurate data in C4C (customer profiles, reports, agreed prices and conditions, credit notes and commission statements, complaints and requests)

Facilitate the communication within the team and with internal stakeholders

Additional Information

Bachelor's degree in administration/business or related majors

Customer oriented attitude. Good insight into customer needs.

Good communication and co-ordination skills. Able to build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders such as supply chain, quality, finance, application lab etc.

Sense of responsibility, commitment and teamwork, willing to take on challenges

Be able to communicate in English in the day to day work including reading, speaking and writing.

Good computer skills, good knowledge and understanding of CRM/ERP and office 365 operating system.
