  • Execute the sales orders in ERP on time with high accuracy;在ERP系统中及时准确的处理销售订单;
  • Create and update the customer database in ERP correctly and timely;在ERP系统中及时准确的创建及更新客户数据;
  • Quick response for the sales/customer enquire, and provide the solutions efficiently;快速响应销售以及客户的需求,并及时提供解决方案;  
  • Answer the customer service hotline and handle the enquiry in time.接听客服热线,并及时处理相关问题。
  • Assist to renew the customer annual contract timely;协助及时更新客户年度合同;
  • Work together with logistics team to achieve the delivery on time in full;与物流团队配合,完成订单准时交付;
  • Provide the data and report as required timely;按照要求及时提供各类数据和报表;
  • Improve the sales and customer satisfaction continually.持续提高销售和客户的满意度。




  • College or above 大专及以上学历
  • 1-3 years’ working experience in customer service, order executing 1-3年客户服务经验或订单处理经验
  • Knowledge of Order to Cash process and distributor contract 了解订单到收款流程以及经销商管理
  • Experience for ERP system, be familiar with Kingdee is a plus 有ERP系统操作经验,有金蝶系统操作经验优先
  • Good interpersonal communication 良好的沟通能力
  • Team work and open mind 具有团队协作精神
