Hybrid – 3 days a week in office

REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years' minimum servicing experience (NOT loss mitigation/default) ***
- General Microsoft Office experience required
- HS diploma required

Primary Responsibilities
• Interfacing with Financial advisors, their staff and private bankers to resolve complex servicing issues and escalations
• Reviewing documentation, analyzing and preparing appropriate recommendation for insurance, escrow, taxes or any other issue that may arise during the life of the loan
• Providing High Touch/White Glove single point of contact for advisors and bankers until issue resolution.
• Interfacing with sub-servicer Cenlar to drive the appropriate action and demand the high service level that advisors and *** clients expect

Preferred Experience
• Servicing system MSP/Black Knight is a plus
• General servicing experience (not loss mitigation/default) ***
• Working knowledge of escrow analysis and escrow accounting
• Familiarity with insurance requirements including force placement and loss draft
• Knowledge of various loan products, IO, ARM, HELOCs
• Ability to articulate Payment and accounting history
• Working knowledge of applicable regulatory guidelines related to mortgage servicing, with focus of default management activities
• Familiarity with mortgage origination documents such as mortgage, promissory note etc.

Skills
• Excellent organization skills (think case management)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Computer skills- must be familiar with how to navigate a Microsoft Windows environment and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• High level of Accuracy and Detail Oriented/multitasking
• Must have excellent teamwork orientation and the ability to work independently in a fast moving environment
