R&D Test Lab Technician – Baby Home and Stroller lab

Description:

The Test Lab Technician supports Home and Stroller product testing. This role focuses on test setup, execution support, cycle testing, sample handling, and documentation to support timely and accurate testing under established procedures.

Key Responsibilities – Home & Stroller
• Assist with testing multiple products per test procedures including cycles tests, durability tests and functional tests.
• Prepare, label, organize, and stage test samples
• Perform tests, log cycles, and capture observations, photos, and video
• Support post-test teardown, cleanup, and sample disposition

Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in technology or mechanical field is a plus
• 0–2 years experience in a lab, manufacturing, mechanical, or testing environment
• Comfortable with hand tools and physical lab work, including manual product cycle tests.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
• Able to lift or move up to ~50 lbs with assistance
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, file management)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
