Job Summary:
We are seeking a Client Service Analyst to support Corporate Trust operations by managing and strengthening client relationships. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and account-related requests
  • Support onboarding and ongoing interactions with new and existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and growth
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
  • Ensure all activities align with internal policies and external regulatory frameworks
  • Assist with operational processes and client service improvements

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in client service, financial services, or banking environment
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and accuracy
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Corporate Trust or financial services operations
  • Familiarity with regulatory or compliance-driven environments
