Job Description

The HRIS team at Compass is responsible for managing and supporting HR technology solutions and 3rd party vendor relationships.  Compass is looking for an experienced functional analyst who will play a key role in the ongoing maintenance and support of Position Management and Employee Central within our organization.

What the Ideal Candidate Actually Looks Like

  • 2–4 years of HRIS functional experience (SuccessFactors Employee Central is key)
  • Has configured business rules, workflows, and position hierarchies
  • Understands data auditing and reconciliation
  • Knows Excel inside out — VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data validation are everyday tools
  • Has worked with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Legal)
  • Can handle a steady stream of tickets — from user access issues to configuration changes

Qualifications:

Fast-Paced Environment Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are essential.

HR System Expertise: Strong understanding of HRIS systems, with preferred experience in SAP or SuccessFactors.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP.

Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR systems support, configuration, or SaaS applications, with a proven ability to deliver successful system implementations and integrations.
