About The Role

We’re looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Head of Lifecycle to lead how we engage, prioritise and move customers through their journey with Lendi Group.

Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Data and Technology, you’ll own our lifecycle and lead orchestration strategy — using customer signals, data and automation to make sure the right customers receive the right experience at the right time.

You’ll lead a talented team while staying close to the work, from shaping personalisation and customer journeys to solving complex routing challenges and evolving our MarTech ecosystem. If you love combining lifecycle strategy, data and technology to drive measurable growth, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact.

Job Description

  • Own our lifecycle strategy: Shape how customers move through the funnel, using data, customer signals and performance insights to drive engagement, conversion and revenue.
  • Orchestrate leads at scale: Own lead prioritisation and routing to Sales, ensuring opportunities reach the right teams at the right time.
  • Drive personalisation: Build and evolve segmentation, targeting, customer journeys and personalisation strategies across our marketing technology ecosystem.
  • Turn data into growth: Own lifecycle reporting and analytics across CRM, product analytics and marketing automation platforms, translating insights into action.
  • Keep the engine running: Monitor lead pipelines and customer journeys, proactively identifying and resolving breaks, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Get hands-on with MarTech: Work across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and personalisation tools to build journeys and activities when needed, while driving broader MarTech initiatives.
  • Continuously optimise: Partner with Product, Data and Growth teams to evolve customer rules, scoring models, routing logic and lifecycle experiences.
  • Lead and develop the team: Lead a capable team of Journey Managers, specialists and a Marketing Cloud Engineer, creating clarity and driving measurable business impact.
  • Connect teams around the customer: Influence across Marketing, Sales, Product, Data and Technology to align priorities and deliver connected customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • What You’ll Bring
    • Strong experience across Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, Marketing Operations or data-driven customer marketing, ideally within a complex, high-volume environment.
    • Deep experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign or Marketo.
    • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategy, segmentation, targeting, personalisation and journey orchestration.
    • Strong analytical and data-wrangling capability, with experience using customer and performance data to drive commercial decisions.
    • Experience working with MarTech ecosystems, CRM integrations, data pipelines and automation at scale.
    • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of connecting lifecycle activity to conversion, sales and revenue outcomes.
    • Proven people leadership experience and the ability to influence and align senior cross-functional stakeholders.
    • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach — equally comfortable setting the direction and getting into the detail to solve problems.
  • Nice to Have
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalisation.
    • Experience with CDPs and customer data management.
    • Experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude.
    • Revenue Operations or Sales Operations experience.
    • Experience designing or optimising lead scoring, prioritisation and dynamic routing.
    • Experience within mortgage, fintech, proptech, financial services or another high-volume B2C/B2B2C environment.
