Job Description

The Team Leader – Settlement is a key part of Lendi’s customer function, responsible for delivering a smooth and efficient settlement experience. We are seeking an experienced leader to join our growing team as we continue to scale in response to strong customer demand. Reporting to the Manager - Settlement, you will lead the Client Solutions Associate Settlement team in the Philippines. You will drive performance, develop team capability, and work closely with stakeholders across Client Solutions, Brokers, and the broader customer organisation to ensure seamless delivery throughout the Settlement stage.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Client Solutions Associate -Settlement team to improve performance, engagement, and capability.
  • Drive team outcomes aligned with Lendi’s customer and sales strategy across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
  • Provide subject matter expertise on settlement processes and support the team in managing complex scenarios
  • Deliver structured coaching, training, and development plans to uplift individual and team performance
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and manage performance through recognition and corrective action
  • Share insights and performance trends with senior leadership to support continuous improvement
  • Support workforce planning through proactive identification of current and future talent needs
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and open communication within the team

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience preferred
  • Preferably with background in financial or banking industry
  • Open to hyrid work set up at least once a week (or as needed)
  • Must be residing in the Greater Manila Area, preferably within Metro Manila
