As an Aussie Mobile Businiess Leader, you will lead, manage, and inspire our expanding team of Brokers within the Aussie brand. You’ll be joining us in a very exciting growth phase as we take our brokers on a journey of change with new processes and systems.
Job Description
Lead from the front as you inspire, coach, and grow a team of Mobile Mortgage Brokers to deliver outstanding results. You’ll develop graduate brokers through hands-on training and mentoring, driving performance while shaping their long-term success. Alongside leading the team, you’ll influence recruitment, planning, and partnerships to elevate both customer experience and business outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Lead & inspire: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Mobile Mortgage Brokers to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Grow talent: Develop our graduate brokers through structured training and hands-on coaching, guiding them along our skills development pathway.
- Drive performance: Consistently deliver results by setting clear goals, providing ongoing feedback, and building a culture of accountability and success.
- Shape the future: Play an active role in team planning, operational rhythms, and recruitment—helping us expand and strengthen our broker network.
- Champion technology: Promote and embed the use of the Aussie Platform to elevate customer experience and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate & connect: Build strong relationships across the business, working closely with internal teams (Salesforce, Customer Experience, UX) and external lender partners.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring
- Proven hands-on experience in mortgage broking and sales leadership.
- A strong track record of developing and leading high-performing mortgage brokers/home loan lenders.
- The ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced sales environment.
- A genuine passion for coaching, mentoring, and growing people.
