Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Manager of People Systems & Experience to lead the transformation of our People Operations team into an AI-native function. This role is accountable for both human and agent contributors, and owns the platforms, processes, and policies that support the full employee lifecycle across Australia and the Philippines. 

You'll report into the General manager of Credit & Operations, and play a critical leadership role shaping the future of employee experience, compliance and service delivery at Lendi Group. 

 

What You'll Own:

Leadership & People Operations

  • Lead the People Systems & Experience function across Australia and the Philippines.
  • Own compliance across HR operations, employee relations, and policy updates, ensuring Lendi Group remains legislatively aligned.
  • Manage the end-to-end people operations policy lifecycle, from design through to delivery.
  • Oversee delivery of annual People programs including:
    • Performance reflection cycles
    • eNPS and engagement surveys
    • WGEA reporting
    • Benefits renewal
    • WHS requirements
  • Act as escalation point for complex or sensitive ER matters, ensuring issues are managed effectively and with care.
  • Maintain close partnerships with leaders across the business to strengthen the overall team member experience.

AI Transformation & Integration

  • Provide oversight of Lendi’s People Systems & Experience AI agents.
  • Design and deliver human+agent workflows that support seamless onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day employee enquiries with strong service outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies for AI-powered HR, ensuring technology enhances both efficiency and people-focused service delivery.
  • Define protocols for Human–AI collaboration, clarifying responsibilities and ways of working at both team and organisational levels.
  • Ensure AI tools and agent systems are deployed responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with labour laws, organisational policies, and best practice governance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR experience with proven capability across policy, employee relations, compliance, and employee experience.
  • 3+ years in tech-driven environments, ideally with exposure to product thinking or systems-led delivery.
  • Strong track record of people leadership, including across distributed teams.
  • Experience designing processes for automated workflows or working with AI-powered tools.
  • Solid understanding of the legal and cultural landscape in Australia; knowledge of the Philippines is advantageous.
  • A bias for iteration, clarity, and delivering measurable service quality.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a calm, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
