Job Description
Our Mortgage Brokers are the go-to source for lending advice and expertise in their local communities. With over 70% of mortgages now being settled by brokers, and Aussie ranking as the #1 brokerage in the industry, we’re on a high growth trajectory even after 30 years in the game. As such, we are looking to place salaried brokers in some of our retail stores, however salaried roles in the mortgage broking are hard to come by, so competition for these positions will be hot - do not delay your application!
Working primarily from an Aussie retail store, our Aussie Mortgage Brokers:
Manage customer enquiries
Field pre-qualified customer appointments booked for them by our centralised Associates
Provide lending advice and solutions to customers
Connect with the local community to build pipeline and referral partnerships
Submit deals to our centralised Client Solutions team who will process on your behalf
Qualifications
To achieve success in this role, you’ll need:
A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. If you don’t have your Cert IV, we will guide you on how to obtain it
Previous experience in broking, lending, banking or sales
A willingness to deliver exceptional customer experiences and to help people achieve their home ownership dreams
Australian citizenship or permanent residency
