About the Team

Reporting to and supporting a Performance Manager, you’ll be working with an industry leading in-house Performance team to develop and implement Lendi Group’s acquisition proposition for Customers, brokers, and franchisees, and assist in the rollout of Lendi Group’s digital marketing. 

The role is responsible for developing integrated campaigns and delivering against Lendi Group’s business objectives, while ensuring Customers are at the centre of our activities.  

You’ll act as champion of digital marketing for both Lendi Group’s Brokers and Customers, driving online leads and engagement through paid channels such as Search, Social, Display, Video and Partnerships. 

Additionally, you will collaborate with internal Marketing teams (e.g. Creative, UX, Customer Journeys and Brand) to bring new acquisition ideas to market. 

Job Description

  • Assist the development & execution of integrated marketing campaigns to deliver against the Marketing & Business objectives 
  • Ideate new acquisition opportunities to test & scale with the assistance of the wider internal teams 
  • Manage digital activity within the respective platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn Ads Manger, Digital Partnerships and others 
  • Assist in management of digital partnerships (paid links, eDM’s, content) 
  • Utilise internal analytics (Google Analytics / Salesforce) tools to identify key areas of opportunity across the acquisition portfolio 
  • Drive digital integration across all marketing activities including reporting & optimisation 
  • Provide ongoing support of national advertising media plans across offline & online media 
  • Work closely with state based Marketing Managers to support regional marketing programs delivering state & regional acquisition targets   
  • Budget management, including budgeting, requisitioning & invoicing  
  • Ensure brand consistency, integrity & a consistent approach across all marketing communications 
  • Ensure all marketing meets legal, statutory, internal audit & compliance standards 
  • Develop & maintain strong working relationships with key internal interfaces, marketing suppliers, agencies, media partners  
  • Assist in reporting Performance outcomes to the Strategic Acquisitions Lead for circulation to the wider company. 

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years Digital Marketing experience or equivalent 
  • Specialisation with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn Ads Manger 
  • Proven digital marketing campaign strategic thinking, project management and accurate reporting of results 
  • Ability to proactively identify risks and communicate effectively to your Performance Manager 
  • Work collaboratively with other Business Units and team members 
  • Programmatic experience with DV360 is preferred
