About the role

As the Broker Recruitment Manager, you are responsible for expanding our Lendi Group broker channels by recruiting top-tier talent into the Aussie and Lendi brands. You will lead the charge in sourcing, screening, and recruiting applicants, leveraging recruitment strategies to identify, attract and convert highly skilled professionals and ambitious individuals interested in pursuing a career/business as a Mortgage Broker.

Driving the Aussie Retail and Mobile broker channels in NSW/ACT, your role will play a crucial part in fostering sustainable growth and achieving headcount targets. You will articulate the Lendi Group Broker Value Proposition and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Job Description

  • Lead the full broker recruitment cycle, including contacting enquiries, nurturing leads, pitching, and converting prospects into qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms to source potential candidates.
  • Screen applicants to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and alignment with the role/opportunity.
  • Maintain robust pipeline of candidates, tracking progress and engagement to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Conduct market mapping exercises to identify key players and potential candidates in the mortgage industry, including passive job seekers and top performers from competitors.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by promptly responding to all inquiries within 24 hours and maintaining transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and execute conversion strategies to turn leads into qualified candidates, leveraging persuasive communication skills and industry knowledge.
  • Coordinate recruitment events with state-based sales teams to showcase opportunities within Lendi Group and attract potential candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to gather on-the-ground feedback and refine recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on recruitment activities, including metrics, conversion rates, and strategy effectiveness, to drive continuous improvement.


  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, volume recruitment, or sales recruitment
  • Proven ability to manage high volume recruitment processes effectively, meeting high targets and driving growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and build rapport.
  • Demonstrated success in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services sector, especially within the broker channel, including market dynamics and competitor landscape.
  • Strong analytical abilities, proficient in leveraging data and metrics to drive informed recruitment strategies.
  • Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA is advantageous, but not mandatory.
