The Team

The Capture team own the Application Data & Submissions process within the mortgage origination process. Our aim is to deliver personalised and efficient experiences for our brokers, team members and customers by leveraging advanced technology to redefine the home buying journey.

What’s the role?
 
We are looking for a customer focused Product Manager to help redefine the mortgage origination journey through leveraging advanced technology and our products & capabilities.

As the Product Manager, you will lead the delivery of product enhancements to reimagine the origination process, working alongside our UX teams to research best practice and using data-driven insights for decision making with stakeholders.

While this is a senior role within the business, this is a hands-on, fast paced position where the successful applicant will lead by example and retain ongoing product ownership. The role reports directly to the General Manager, Originations. 

This is a 12-Month Maternity Leave Cover position.

Job Description

  • Work within cross-functional team of engineers, business analysts, designers, quality assurance and data to deliver high quality product enhancements to drive speed and quality with our users
  • Shape and own the immediate and long-term product roadmap that align with Lendi Group’s strategic vision within the Capture team
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for the products and features that Capture team owns, highlighting and managing dependencies and priorities with other Cross Functional teams, products and features
  • Engaging with stakeholders including customers, brokers, Distribution, Centre of Excellence, Lender Partnerships, Legal and Compliance
  • Manage the release of products end to end, including supporting communication and training activities
  • Understand metrics of success and demonstrate data-based decision making
  • Use tools and techniques, including continuous discovery, to identify areas for improvement, lead research and plan for product enhancements and innovation

Qualifications

  • Experience in Product Management
  • Experience in Home Loans, Finance or Banking
  • The ability to work closely with Design and Engineering, communicate our priorities, scope projects and deliver on a vision, including experience in tech ready user stories
  • Experience in analytics, consumer funnels or complex digital transactions
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
  • And most importantly, the experience in getting stuff delivered
