The Franchise Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the seamless functioning of franchise operations workflows. Primarily responsible for administrative tasks, this role encompasses diverse responsibilities ranging from new franchise onboarding to existing store renewals and variations, project support and invoice management.

• Includes updating of Salesforce, JIRA tickets and relevant templates as required.
• Assist with the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Calendar/Workflow Coordination| Set and manage key operational reminders with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely actions and follow-ups.
• Create and update reporting templates on key franchise operations metrics such as renewals, variations and new stores.
• Request, track and issue operational invoices as required including regular follow up to ensure steps are completed within agreed SLA’s.
• Perform ad hoc administration tasks as required to support the smooth functioning of the Franchise Operations Team and address emerging needs

• Previous experience in administrative support roles
• Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills – Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous operations/logistics/franchising experience
• Knowledge in Atlassian - Confluence and Jira is desirable
