• Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets concerning lender product and support
• Regularly conduct spot checks and update product configuration such as Rates, Fees, and Features in the system
• Perform regular product configuration audit on the system to ensure lender product data are kept up to date
• Perform assessment and investigation on product-related issues and concerns
• Facilitate discussions with LPM team members and other relevant stakeholders in relation to process, risk and status reporting
• Proficient at curating, compiling and distributing critical broker communications such as Lender SLAs and Lender product and policy updates
• Ensure knowledge base articles in Helix is kept accurate and up to date
• Propose solutions and enhancements which will contribute to the improvement of the team’s systems and processes

• Tertiary education qualification in IT or Finance related discipline
• Ability to perform gap analysis to identify necessary changes and its impact particularly on the area of product configuration and support
• Capability to develop, plan and execute activities to achieve agreed outcomes
• Must have at least 2 years experience in mortgage products and processes, preferably, from an Australian mortgage industry or financial institution
• Demonstrated strong communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal
• A Self-starter and capable of demonstrating an independent workload self-management attitude but is a team player
