Job Description

The Contact Centre Loan Servicing Team are our Mortgage SME team & responsible for the completion of all after call customer requests/cases for our Aussie Select Customers. (Letters, statements, updating details, recalculations, discharge requests & security changes. Etc.)

They also complete remediation activity for our business partners RMG & Bluestone when it comes to closed accounts, incorrect repayments, and accounts in credit.

The Role:

  • Provide customer service excellence in dealing with every customer and external party including inbound and outbound calls.
  • Complete requests & guide customers through Discharge, Partial Discharge, Substitution of Securities & Consents process, keeping them up to date & ensuring they’re confident and comfortable with Aussie.
  • Process Admin, Financial and Service requests.
  • Ensure all requests are dealt with according to set service delivery standards, risk appetite, and recorded into Salesforce and Aussie Funder System.
  • Be a strong advocate and demonstrator of the business vision and values to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction is achieved. 
  • Ensure all work adheres to the Quality Assurance framework.
  • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders (as they communicate with solicitors / FMS / Bluestone , products)
  • Be open to and forwardly bringing new ideas, trials, and visions of better ways we can service our customers & contribute as a Team!

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Would highly prefer having experience in the banking & financial industry
  • Must have at least one year of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality & retail experience
  • Must have a customer centric mindset
  • Must be able to work on targets and KPIs
  • Have the ability to embrace change and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Must be tech and internet savvy (min of 40 words per minute typing)
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word
