About the role

Reporting directly to a Senior Aussie Relationship Manager you will be responsible for support the Aussie Products Distribution team in the maintaining and evolving the broker value proposition for both the Aussie White Label Products and the Non-Mortgage Products. Proactively supporting the sales team to ensure a best in market broker experience, building utilisation and advocacy across the Distribution network.

Job Description

 

  • Safeguard and continue to refine the current broker value proposition (BVP) within the network with a focus on a best on panel broker experience alongside the Aussie Relationship Managers and Senior Manager of Non-Mortgage Products
  • Collaborate with relevant business units internally to ensure the fidelity of the value chain that underpins the White Label BVP.
  • Collaborate with external partners; current White Label lending partners, platform providers, servicing agents, solicitors and future 3rd parties to support the BVP.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the distribution growth team, fostering innovation, creativity, and excellence in execution.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving critical performance, risk, and compliance metrics.
  • Support the White Label and Non-Mortgage Distribution on business-wide projects
  • Be hands on in initiatives aimed at improving critical performance, risk, and compliance metrics within the Distribution teams.
  • Identify relevant and impactful operational performance impacts, ensuring they are appropriately escalated to ensure a robust BVP.
  • Ensure effective communication consistently to drive adoption and minimize disruption.
  • Live the culture of risk management and compliance, ensuring adherence to company policies, legislative requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage customer information in compliance with regulatory requirements and implement disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.
  • Complete all mandatory training within required time frames and oversee budget allocation for operating expenses, optimizing resource utilization for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Be an active participant in a culture of continuous improvement within the Aussie Products Distribution team, fostering innovation and excellence in execution.
  • Support the team with key measurements including delivery of BU plans, achievement of KPIs, AEP results, customer service scores, sales results compliance, conversion, productivity, portfolio growth, and overall settlements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Australian Admin, Real Estate Virtual Assistant, or similar roles, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with borrowers, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential for handling documentation and correspondence effectively.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management abilities to efficiently handle tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.
