What’s the role?

Reporting to the Learning & Capability Operations Team Leader you will execute on learning and capability operational policies and process to provide exceptional service to all Lendi Group Team Members and external partners.  

You will utilise your excellent attention to detail to contribute to the maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) and produce reporting to ensure people leaders are informed of their team members usage and progress.  

Your exceptional organisational prioritisation skills will enable you to manage conflicting priorities and schedule speakers, send invitations, reminders and report on training session attendance for a wide range of Learning & Capability programs delivered to team members (including our extensive broker network) across all Lendi Group brands.   

Each day you will respond in a timely and accurate manner to Learning & Capability information enquiries and requests from team members and external partners.   

Utilising your creative flair, you will contribute to the creation and updating of eLearning modules including video content. 

Job Description

  • Maintain the learning management system (LMS).  
  • Produce learning management system (LMS) reporting for key business stakeholders using Excel and other tools.   
  • Respond in to Learning & Capability information enquiries and requests from team members and external partners through multiple communication channels.   
  • Contact and organise trainers to deliver training sessions. 
  • Create training session invitations, send reminders and report on attendance. 
  • Work with the Learning & Capability Partners to create and update eLearning modules.  
  • Provide creative support to ensure Learning and Capability content delivered has maximum impact and supports business objectives.  
  • Assist with other Learning & Capability initiatives as required.  

Qualifications

  • Experience contributing to documenting policies and process.   
  • Strong record of accomplishment of collating and analysing reports in Microsoft Excel  
  • Experience in planning and scheduling a large volume of training sessions, meetings or similar. 
  • Experience in administration of a Learning Management System.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritise to meet deadlines.  
  • Tech-savvy, experience with the Microsoft Excel, Confluence, Jira, and Slack.   
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel to complete data analysis and reporting, including but not limited to pivot tables, formulas, and graphs.
