What’s the role?

The Junior RPA Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing and delivering automation solutions to streamline workflows and processes in Lendi Group, working closely with other Senior RPA Engineers. With the selected RPA tool, the team will build software robots and develop end-to-end automated solutions to transform manual, repetitive tasks digitally. They aim to increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve data quality, and help free up employee time by taking over rule-based activities.

The ideal candidate should have experience with RPA tooling and low-code development, as well as an understanding of back-office operations.

Job Description

  • Assisting with designing end-to-end workflows and automation solutions tailored to specific business needs and requirements, with the support of a Business Analyst, to address inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas of improvement.
  • Assisting with identifying suitable automation technologies, tools, and platforms to support process automation efforts. 
  • Implementing automation solutions using industry-standard tools and frameworks, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborating closely with other cross-functional teams to understand workflow requirements and business objectives, following the agile software project management framework.
  • Collaborate with Senior RPA Engineer and team lead to integrate automation solutions with existing systems, applications, and data sources to enable seamless information flow and process orchestration.
  • Assist with creating detailed documentation, user guides, and training materials to support adopting and using automation solutions.
  • Collaborating with the Learning and Capability team to deliver training sessions and workshops to educate end-users and stakeholders on automation best practices and usage guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Relevant commercial experience in automation, workflow optimisation, and process re-engineering (inc. robotic process automation).
  • Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate or other RPA tools, and their best practice development standards.
  • Understanding of automation trends and technologies and driving enhancements to automation solutions and processes.
  • Experience in database and programming scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
  • Understanding of development and project methodologies.
  • Experience with REST, SOAP, and JSON.

Nice to have but not essential:

  • Exposure to popular web application frameworks (e.g., React)
  • Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture
