What’s the role?

The Head of Workforce Experience is a strategic leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing programs that enhance our organisational culture, employee engagement, and workplace experience. This leader will manage the internal Communications team, Workforce Experience Team, and Events and Facilities team, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and strategic objectives. 

This position is a 12 month max term contract.

Job Description

  • Culture Development: Lead the ongoing development and integration of our Ways of working, Lendi Group Values and Principles to ensure we promote a culture which is agile, collaborative, innovative, and one which fosters continuous improvement.  
  • Workplace Experience: Develop the strategy and lead the execution of key initiatives which enable dynamic physical and virtual work environments. Our workplace design should embody our flex-first principles, drive engagement and productivity. 
  • Workforce Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to measure total workforce engagement (including broker and team member). Utilise eNPS surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to gather insights and partner with the GLT to address employee needs through targeted interventions. 
  • Recognition Programs: Design and maintain our team member and broker recognition and loyalty programs that celebrate workforce contributions, reinforcing our Lendi Group values and nurture the desired organisational culture. 
  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Lead the design of Diversity, Equity &Inclusion initiatives to ensure an inclusive environment where our total workforce can excel and integrate DEI principles into the workforce experience. 
  • Change and Communications Management: Facilitate effective organisational change, supporting our workforce through transitions with clear communication strategies that strengthen our culture. 
  • Succession Planning: Lead succession planning efforts to identify and develop high-potential talent, ensuring leadership continuity and alignment with our strategic direction. 
  • Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders who can drive our vision and foster a culture of excellence. 
  • Event Management: Oversee the coordination of state-based and national events, ensuring they align with our objectives and are delivered on budget. 
  • Office Facilities Management: Manage state-based facilities and guest services, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for employees and visitors. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on culture development, workforce engagement, or workplace experience. 
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful workplace culture and engagement strategies. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for effective change management. 
  • Deep understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and their application in the workplace. 
  • Experience in event management and facilities management is highly desirable.
