About the role

As we continue to expand, we're seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Customer Growth to join our Growth team. This role is critical in scaling our customer base and driving our business forward through effective paid marketing strategies. The Head of Customer Growth will lead our efforts to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid marketing channels. This role requires a deep understanding of multi-channel performance marketing, partnerships, affiliate marketing, and brand campaign management.

You will be responsible for strategising, executing, and optimising our paid media efforts to achieve ambitious growth targets. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that all paid marketing activities are aligned with our brand values and business goals; as well as identifying new channels as we grow. 

Job Description

  • Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple channels (including PPC, social media advertising, display, video, and affiliate marketing) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. 
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI. Utilize A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates. 
  • Affiliate Program Management: Oversee the affiliate program, identifying and nurturing relationships with key affiliates and partners to drive customer growth and brand awareness. 
  • New channels: Proactively identify and explore new and emerging channels 
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget across channels to achieve optimal channel mix, ensuring spending is aligned with performance goals and company objectives. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, sales, and content teams to ensure messaging consistency, brand alignment, and to leverage insights across the customer journey for improved targeting and conversion. 
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. 
  • Reporting and Insights: Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, insights, and learnings to senior leadership, along with strategic recommendations for future growth initiatives. 
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor strategies to ensure Lendi Group's paid marketing efforts remain cutting-edge and effective. 

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with significant experience managing multi-channel paid marketing campaigns and affiliate programs. 
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies. 
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.), and analytics software (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.). 
  • Experience in budget management and ROI optimization. 
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across different teams and levels of the organization. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certification) is a plus.
