A day in the life of a Lendi Home Loan Consultant 

You’ll connect with a national customer base by phone, leveraging our revolutionary Platform to deliver seamless, exceptional customer experiences.

Our sales and marketing team take care of lead generation, customer pre-qualification, and appointment setting, while our specialised team of Client Solutions experts take your deals all the way from submission to settlement. This frees you to focus on what you do best – directly helping customers with their lending needs and building your book in the process! 

Qualifications

To be a successful Lendi Home Loan Consultant you will need: 

  •  A Certificate IV and/or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking 

  • Current membership with the FBAA or MFAA 

  • 1-2+ years’ experience as a mortgage broker and/or lender  

  • Proven solution-based sales experience and a passion for building strong customer relationships 

  • An affinity with technology  

  • Unwavering commitment to delivering customer service excellence 

  • To be ready to get out of the weeds of admin and embrace a new era of growth
