Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Wealth Management Associate (Liabilities) to drive financial growth by acquiring and managing client relationships. This role focuses on engaging business owners, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and institutional clients, ensuring they access structured financial solutions tailored to their needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive in business development and possess a strong network to support Lendha’s financial expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet, maintain, and exceed assigned targets and quotas related to financial mobilization and other assigned tasks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard clients, focusing on growing financial assets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with business owners, HNWIs, and institutional clients.
  • Identify client needs and structure suitable financial solutions that align with Lendha’s objectives.
  • Actively engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
  • Monitor market trends and client behavior to identify new opportunities for financial growth.
  • Ensure an excellent client experience by providing continuous support and financial advisory services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to streamline client onboarding and financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute financial growth strategies.
  • Strong client acquisition, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
