Job Description

Are you interested in working on Lemay's large-scale architectural projects? Would you like to put your management expertise to good use in a multidisciplinary team? What you will accomplish with us:  

  • Manage a multidisciplinary team; 

  • Follow-up with external collaborators; 

  • Prepare feasibility studies, functional and technical programs, budgets and cost estimates; 

  • Coordinate project plans, construction details and site supervision; 

  • Oversee the drafting of technical specifications and documents required for construction approvals and permits; 

  • Prepare and conduct client presentations; 

  • Develop work plans; 

  • Produce deliverable schedules, allocate tasks and coordinate project teams. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Architecture; 

  • Member of the Ordre des architectes du Québec; 

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in architecture; 

  • Solid track record in institutional projects, a major asset; 

  • Proven experience in managing projects over $175 million; 

  • Availability to travel to Quebec City once a week; 

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office; 

  • High degree of autonomy, resourcefulness and problem-solving skills; 

  • Ability to communicate with multiple parties; 

  • Excellent stress management and ability to manage several assignments simultaneously; 

  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
