What you will accomplish with us 

• Showcase your strategic mindset through proposal responses and marketing packages;
• Project manage the creation, process, and submission of all proposal submissions;
• Coordinate the research, creation, development, and scheduling of specific client bids, pitches and proposals ;
• Collaborate with internal partners and external resources to synthesize responses that capture the essence of our prospect’s vision and brand;
• Develop and execute formatting, graphics, design and layout to align with the company’s standards;
• Keep a strong pulse on potential opportunities - RFP/RFQ/RFI;
• Participate and facilitate in strategic business development activities.

What you need

• Professional experience in design, journalism, or any other design related field;
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in proposals, marketing and communications, project coordination, or equivalent;
• Experience in writing winning high value, professional and creative packages;
• Exceptional project management skills, ability to manage competing deadlines;
• Ability to write effective, persuasive, engaging narratives with a creative flair;
• Technology savvy and graphic design oriented using graphic packaging programs and software: Adobe InDesign and MS Office suite;
• Thrive in a high volume, high quality, high-energy environment;
• Flexibility to support deliverables and deadlines;
• Opportunity to collaborate with senior staff on business development activates, pursuits, initiatives;
• Portfolio preferred – graphic packaging, pitch, or a variety of experiences will be considered.
