What you will accomplish with us 

  • Produce and control the quality of various documents (tracking tables, timesheets, etc.);
  • Support the monthly invoicing of various projects and follow up with internal Accounting Services;
  • Update resource planning.
  • Calculate the profitability of projects using project monitoring tools;
  • Enter and maintain the quality of CRM and project management data;
  • Assist associate in drafting project proposals and contractual agreements, as well as any other task related to project and market management;
  • Develop processes to promote team efficiency;
  • Validate the respect of various stakeholder agreements.
  • Ensure the conformity of projects lifecycle according to Lemay’s business practices;
  • Promote usage of project management tools;
  • Coordinate the implementation of standard project management methodologies;
  • Contribute to the PMO (Project Management Office) initiatives aiming at the continuous improvement of the project management practices and strategies.

What you need

  • College diploma or bachelor degree in architecture, administration or related field;
  • 5 years’ experience in administration or project management;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of MS Project an asset;
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines;
  • Precision, tact and diplomacy complemented by excellent customer service skills;
  • Capacity to summarize, listen and tolerate the unexpected;
  • Experience in architecture or engineering an asset;
  • Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written.
