Job Description

What you will accomplish with us  

  • Support management and project teams with daily requests; coordinating meetings, planning, tracking, scheduling and resource planning, document management, common data environment, research, benchmarking, contractual agreements, invoicing, document production, and various ad hoc items);  
  • Facilitate and support communication management between stakeholders and project teams;
  • Enter and maintain the quality of CRM/ERP and project management data;
  • Manage the administrative functions and activities for all team members and office in the Toronto studio (couriers, office supplies, facilitates maintenance, coffee/tea orders, lunches and reservations, client and team gifts, lunch and learns/PK’s, alarm system, etc.);
  • Manage and liaise with Building Managers for Facilities Management – point of contact for news, announcements, updates, modifications, etc;

What you need

  • Professional diploma or certification in, business management, project management or related field;
  • 2-3 years minimum experience in project management or A&E office environment;
  • Technology savvy: Mastery of MS Office suite and Adobe suite; Project Management software tools is an asset;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, editing, and interpersonal skills;
  • Solid organizational and time management skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking various tasks;
  • Ability to think critically, analyze data, and solve complex problems;
  • Bilingualism in French is an asset;
  • Valid drivers license is required.
