Job Description

The Billing technician will provide support to the entire Finance and Accounting department. The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment. Qualifications

What you will accomplish

The ideal candidate will be responsible for billing multiple customer accounts. Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing customer invoices while ensuring compliance with various contract agreements;
  • Sending invoices to customers;
  • Managing customer requests made to accounts receivable;
  • Participate in the monthly review meeting of mandates with the project managers;
  • Proceed with the updating of various projects;
  • Proceed with the adjustments of project transactions;
  • Validate "pay when paid" consulting invoices;
  • Various related tasks.

What you need

You are recognized as an autonomous collaborator who prioritizes customer satisfaction. Excel holds no secrets for you and you are always ready to take the lead to help your colleagues.

  • Have a DEP in administration or in a related field of study;
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Experience working in a finance or accounting department, an asset;
  • Proficiency in Excel and the Office suite;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains, an asset;
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external clients in English and French;
  • Willingness to grow within the team and take on more responsibilities;
  • Strong organizational skills.
