Job Description

Our Talent and Culture team is looking for an administrative coordinator to support them in their daily HR operations. How you will make an impact

  • Participate in the recruitment process: job posting, write employment contracts, conduct criminal background checks;
  • Coordinate the onboarding process following hiring of new employees: create employee files in the HR information system, coordinate with the IT team for equipment planning and delivery as needed;
  • Prepare change of employment letters and certificates of employment and keep employee files up to date;
  • Produce various reports using the HR information system and support all HR processes;
  • Update the training courses on our e-learning platform;
  • Collaborate on various administrative tasks in support of certain members of the executive management (expense accounts, PowerPoint presentations, coordination and organization of activities).

What will set you apart

  • College degree in administration, human resources or related field;
  • 3 to 5 years experience in an administrative support role;
  • Commitment to customer service, dynamism, creativity and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrate rigor, judgment, integrity and autonomy;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, an asset;
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing, in French and English.
