With more than 30,000 real-time users of our farm management platform, combined with data from thousands of robots, we have access to an enormous amount of data. But which data is actually available for future Data Science and AI applications? How complete and reliable is this information? And what critical data is still missing?

As a data specialist, you know better than anyone how to map complex data landscapes, assess data quality, and identify gaps and opportunities. You work closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers and domain experts to understand which data is required to unlock new insights, develop innovative Data Science solutions, and enable future AI capabilities. Based on these needs, you define data acquisition plans, identify opportunities to improve data quality, completeness, and consistency, and help guide efforts to collect missing information.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will collaborate with teams across the organization to connect business needs with data opportunities. If you enjoy bringing people together, uncovering what data is needed to solve tomorrow's challenges, and helping shape the foundation for future innovations in dairy farming, this role is for you.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in Data Roles with focus on Data Availability and Data Management.
• Experience working with data using SQL and Python.
• Pragmatic, can-do mindset, with a strong focus on delivering tangible results.
• A proactive attitude; you take initiative rather than wait for direction.
• Comfortable operating in areas where requirements and solutions are not yet fully defined.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to connect business, product, and technical teams.
