As a Junior Field Product Specialist within our Business Team Manure, you play a key role in validating our product developments in real-life farm environments. You act as the connecting link between test farms and our Product Development teams, ensuring that we build solutions that truly meet farmer needs. In this role, you will grow under the guidance of experienced colleagues within the competence center Integrated Testing and Verification, while contributing to both New Product Introductions and Continuous Development.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Act as gatekeeper for field testing, determining which tests are ready and where they can be executed without interfering with others
• Collect, structure, and communicate feedback from test farms to relevant internal stakeholders
• Perform and support early installations of new product features, gathering first-hand insights from the field
• Analyze and improve KPIs based on field data and product performance
• Coach colleagues in effectively gathering insights and requirements directly from farmers
• Review needs, targets, and system requirements in early phases of product development

For this role, we are looking for a hands-on professional with a strong technical foundation and a natural ability to connect with both farmers and engineers. You are eager to learn and motivated to grow within an innovative environment.

• Strong communication skills, able to engage with farmers as well as technical teams
• Several years of hands-on experience with operating and servicing Lely solutions
• A technical educational background, preferably in mechatronics or a related field
• Ability to understand and analyze complex issues across software, electrical, and mechanical domains
• Affinity with data analysis, enabling you to interpret farm data and translate it into actionable insights
• A driving license
• This is a fulltime position (minimum of 32 hours is possible)
