Job Description

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who has no restrictions to travel abroad and who can adapt to our awesome, energetic team & dynamic working atmosphere.

As a DevOps Engineer within Lely, you will responsible for;

  • Applying cloud (Azure, GCP) computing skills to deploy upgrades and fixes.
  • Designing, developing and implementing software integrations based on user feedback.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with the development team to streamline code deployment.
  • Implementing automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines).
  • Analyzing code and communicate detailed reviews to development teams to ensure a marked improvement in applications and the timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve the company’s engineering tools, systems and procedures, and data security.
  • Optimizing the company’s computing architecture.
  • Conducting systems tests for security, performance, and availability.
  • Developing and maintaining design and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Maintaining Angular web applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related area
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written (must)
  • 3+ years experience as a DevOps Engineer or equivalent software-engineering role.
  • Expert in software development methodologies.
  • Expert in code deployment tools (Puppet, Ansible, and Chef).
  • Experience in network, server, and application-status monitoring.
  • Having a strong command of software-automation production systems (Jenkins and Selenium).
  • Experience of working knowledge of databases and SQL (Structured Query Language).
  • Having a working knowledge of Ruby or Python and known DevOps tools like Git, GitLab and Azure Devops
  • Has strong desires to learn and explore new technologies and demonstrates good analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Agile scrum software development process
  • Collaborative team player, strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Successful in the time management and compatible with flexible working hours
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can handle changing priorities
  • High ability to following business processes, result and solution oriented
  • Having no restriction to travel.
