Job Description
Your New Role
We have multiple opportunities to join our exciting multi-year Defence program to deliver an enterprise Health Knowledge Management System (HKMS). This capability will enable better clinical decision making for the ADF by providing market leading healthcare to ADF personnel and is a key capability and priority for the ADF.
The Training Coordinator will act as the internal point of coordination for training planning and delivery for the HKM Project. This role will be part of the Training portfolio and will liaise very closely with the Training Lead and the Rollout Lead in the planning and implementation of training to support the effective introduction of the HKM System into service for the first operational release (OR1) in 2025
Responsibilities include:
- Support customer liaison for HKM training – planning and implementation in collaboration with the Training and Rollout Lead
- Provide specialist training knowledge (Systems Approach to Defence Learning) and apply this to approach to the training documentationfor end users for the HKM System
- Provide coordination of training planning, deliverables and implementation; in collaboration with the Rollout Lead
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the training solution for HKM System Operational Release
- Proactively engage and liaise closely with Defence stakeholders
- Coordinate and conduct end user training evaluation and develop training reports through feedback, surveys and performance metrics.
- Create and maintain training materials and curriculum for a blended learning approach
- Administer the Learning Management System (Moodle) and manage and track course completion
Qualifications
About You and What You'll Bring
- Experience with training programs for Defence inclusive of knowledge of the Systems Approach to Defence Learning.
- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and proactively managing customer expectations
- Experience with Training end users; inclusive of training plans, customer engagement; training delivery.
- Experience in project coordination and technical solution development and rollout.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple, concurrent activities, while understanding and managing priorities, dependencies and risk
- Ability to work and liaise with team remotely due to the organisational structure being spread nationwide.
- TAE40116 Certificate IV - Training and Assessment (desirable)
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (desirable)
Due to the nature of work we do for our customers, all applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold/be eligible to attain a Baseline security clearance with AGSVA and be capable of upgrading to a NV1 security clearance if required.
